2026年 の振り返り
非常に濃く美しいお茶ができました。今年も良い茶ができたことに感謝申し上げます。
■新緑から梅雨茶の収穫が終わるとすぐに梅雨がやってきました。統計開始以来の記録的な早さで梅雨入り・梅雨明けを迎えた特徴的な年でした。
■夏雨が少ない日々でした。毎年思うのですが、この季節にもう少し雨が降ってほしいと思います。
■秋晴れて穏やかな日が長く続きました。気温もやや高めに推移し過ごしやすい季節でした。
■冬暖かく、気温が下がらない冬でした。チャノキがしっかり休めるよう、もう少し寒くなって欲しいと思いました。
■春全国的にやや早めの春が来ました。ただ当園においては梅も桜も例年と同じ、もしくはちょっぴり遅めの到来でした。
■茶摘みの季節「春に3日の晴れ間なし」という諺どおり約3日一度雨が降りました。ひと雨降るごとに生き生きと伸びる新芽の状態を見極めながら被覆や摘採を行いました。
雨が少ない１年間でしたがチャノキが頑張ってくれました。今年の茶は濃く・美しく、絶品です！

The TEA of 2026 Looking back on the year
The tea of 2026 is Rich and Beautiful.We are grateful this year for the excellent harvest.
■Rainy Season * May - June 2025The rainy season arrived immediately after the tea harvest. It was a remarkable year, with the onset and end of the rainy season occurring at record-breaking early dates since the start of statistical records. It was a short rainy season.
■Summer * Jul - Aug 2025It was a period with little rain. I always think each year that I wish there would be a bit more rain during this season.
■Autumn * Sep - Nov 2025Clear and calm days continued, with temperatures staying slightly above average, making it a comfortable season. I didn't really feel the transition between autumn and winter.
■Winter * Dec 2025 - Mar 2026It was a relatively mild winter, as if autumn had simply continued. I wished it would get a bit colder so that the tea plants could rest properly.
■Spring * Mar - Early Apr 2026Spring arrived slightly earlier than usual across Japan. However, at our garden, both the plum and cherry blossoms appeared at around the usual time, or perhaps just a little later.
■Tea Season * Middle of Apr - May 2026True to the saying, “No three days of clear weather in spring,” it rained roughly every three days. With each shower, we carefully monitored the vibrant growth of the new shoots as we carried out shading and harvesting.
It was a year with little rain, but the tea plants persevered. This year's tea is rich, beautiful, and truly exquisite! Have a nice tea!
